What to do if there is a lock-down
When there is a threat or a potential threat to the children's safety, the police or government may impose a lock-down. This is usually a result of police activity in the vicinity of your facility. During a lock-down, all children must be supervised indoors and no one can enter or leave the facility. Let parents know when there is lock-down and remind them they can't pick up or drop off their children until the lock-down is over.
